Frequently asked questions
When can I place my order?
You can place your order at anytime, we can make the necessary shipping arrangements if your order is place in advance.
We recommend a minimum of 4-7 business days prior desire delivery date for most small orders.
How long will shipping take ?
The timeframe for most small orders after purchase has been confirmed will be between 4-7 business days, (Monday-Friday). Although we strive to ship your order within 24-48 hours after it’s placed.
Do you ship to Puerto Rico and Hawaii?
Yes, we ship to all US including Hawaii and most of Puerto Rico. If your shipping address is located in Puerto Rico please be sure to verify is available in google maps so it can be verified by our curriers otherwise we will have to cancel your order.
After receiving my succulent order?
The list below are general recommendations, be aware that you will have to do your own research as climate and environment will be different to your specific place.
1- Open order upon arrival.
2- Take all contents out, spread them for a good ventilation.
3.1-If potted succulents are included in your order take the soil sealing film off.
3.2-Water throughly and let all loose soil drain, let plants recuperate from their trip on a well ventilated place with plenty of FILTERED sunlight.
3.3-if succulent cuttings are included in your order you will let stems dry off, (callus), before potting otherwise the tender flesh will rot.
WATERING will be required every-time soil dries off and it will vary on factors based to your particular place.
